Shareholders of Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) are invited to a Special Meeting of Shareholders, to be held July 21, 2019 at 11:00AM AKST at the Cape Fox Lodge, Shaa Hit A & B, located at 800 Venetia Way, Ketchikan, AK 99901 for the following purposes:

1) To vote upon Shareholder Resolution 2019-01, as follows: "Resolved that the CAPE FOX SHAREHOLDER TINA'A TRUST shall be established as an ANCSA Settlement Trust effective July 21, 2019."

2) To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the Meeting or any adjournment thereof.

Registration begins at approximately 10:00AM AKST. Shareholders may request a ballot for voting at the Meeting upon registering which will revoke any proxies given previously. The Meeting is scheduled to start at 11:00AM AKST and registration will continue until approximately 11:30AM AKST although the exact time will be announced at the Meeting.
