Notice of Postponement of Shareholder Informational Meeting

Following the recommended guidelines for the coronavirus (COVID-19), our Shareholder Informational Meeting scheduled for Sunday, April 5, 2020 will be postponed until a later date, yet to be determined.

The Cape Fox Corporation Board of Directors understands, especially during times like this, that our families need to be protected and treasured. We will continuously monitor the situation and send the new date for the Shareholder Informational Meeting once we believe the situation has resolved and your health and safety are guaranteed.
