Notice to Shareholders of Adjournment of the 47th Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) believes the health and safety of our Shareholders is of utmost priority. The 47th Annual Meeting of Shareholders was made virtual to protect our Shareholders. Given the recent cases of COVID at Cape Fox Lodge, the CFC Board of Directors determined it is in the best interests of the Corporation, the Shareholders, and employees to postpone the 47th Annual Meeting of Shareholders by adjourning the Annual Meeting until January 30, 2020.
