Proxy Prizes for the 49th Annual Meeting and Election
Cape Fox Corporation ("CFC") encourages and recommends all Shareholders vote using the lilac-colored, Official CFC Proxy ("Proxy") and mail it in as soon as possible to the Inspector of Elections, Elgee Rehfeld, LLC, 9309 Glacier Hwy, Suite B-200, Juneau, AK 99801. Instructions on how to complete your Proxy can be found in the Proxy Statement (see "Proxy" on page 10).
The Inspector of Elections must receive all Proxies prior to 5:00 p.m. AKST on Thursday, September 15, 2022 (the "Proxy Deadline"). Those who submit a valid Proxy to the Inspector of Elections prior to the Proxy Deadline will be eligible for and automatically entered into the drawing for Proxy Prizes. The Grand Proxy Prize is $2,000. The Second Place Proxy Prize is $1,000. There will be two $500 Proxy Prizes and ten $100 Proxy Prizes (Proxy Prizes subject to change without notice).
CFC encourages and recommends all Shareholders vote in advance by Proxy and mail it in as soon as possible to the Inspector of Elections, before the Proxy Deadline.
